Hello!  My name is Trisha and I am a 17 year old girl in grade 13. Art has been a passion of mine for the past 5 years. Art has always been a form or therapy and fun for me. I tend to paint and draw minorities, when I was younger most of the art work I saw didn’t have people with brown skin or that looked like me, so I try to paint the underrepresented, my paintings always have a meaning behind them because that’s what gives my paintings life!

I use a variety of mediums such as acrylics, watercolors, charcoal, color pencils and shading pencils. I usually take my own pictures and then draw them or I use reference pictures. I’m extremely passionate about my work and I am a perfectionist! I always try to learn from other creators and thus evolve my own work. Art has constantly inspired me and I hope to do the same for others.
